Aspire One because its the cheapest but if I have more budget then I’ll get the MSI Wind.

Personally, I’d prefer the HP Mini, because it runs Ubuntu instead of Windows.
But if you actually want Windows, I’d recommend the Asus Eee PC 1000HE. It’s got a fairly large keyboard, a 10″ screen, 9 hours of battery life, and a 160 GB hard drive.
